Complex projects, delivered with precision and respect.
The problem we solve
When the stakes are high, “good enough” project management isn’t.
Funding deadlines, multiple governments at the table, community expectations and tight budgets. Most projects that fail do not fail on technical grounds. They fail on scope, governance and relationships.
We bring the discipline of a professional PMO and the relationship skills to keep every party at the table.
What we do
Project and program delivery. Senior project managers who take ownership from kickoff to closeout.
PMO design and setup. Governance, templates, reporting and the people to run it.
Strategy and evaluation. Clear scopes, achievable outcomes and honest reviews of work already underway.
Two-Eyed Governance: Two ways of knowing. One way of delivering.
Our approach draws on Two-Eyed Seeing (Etuaptmumk), a principle brought forward by Mi’kmaw Elder Albert Marshall. We combine the rigour of professional project management with Indigenous ways of knowing, governance and relationship. The result is projects that are delivered well and belong to the communities they serve.
How we work
From Canada’s first modern treaty to the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games, our partners have worked on projects that continue to shape this country.
